The extremely peaceful property is situated off a quiet rural lane surrounded by fields and woodland near the small village of Four Elms. Edenbridge, for general shopping needs, is 7 mins drive while Sevenoaks and Oxted are good for fine dining and gift shops.

Knole 

15th Century Knole House,a NT attraction, is situated within Knole Park, a 1,000-acre park located immediately to the south-east of Sevenoaks in west Kent. The house ranks in the top five of England's largest houses, occupying a total of four acres.

Chartwell 

Chartwell had been the much loved home of the Churchill family since 1922. It was a playground for their youngest daughter and a treasured private country recluse for a very public man.

Penshurst Place 

The ancestral home of the Sidney family, and wthe birthplace of the great Elizabethan poet, courtier and soldier, Sir Philip Sidney. The original medieval house is one of the most complete surviving examples of 14th-century domestic architecture in England. Part of the house and its gardens are open for public viewing.

Chiddingstone Castle 

Chiddingstone Castle is a fascinating Historic House set in 35 acres of informal gardens with breathtaking views of the North Downs, large lawns for picnics, an intimate rose garden, woodland and a beautiful fishing lake. The springtime daffodil display on the East Meadow is truly spectacular.
